Haven’t been well again this week. Hopefully this cold and cough of 4 weeks will go soon! Steps started off great at the beginning of the week but declined towards the end due to not being well! Still got a good drop though 🤞 I can keep it up 👍
80.8 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
