finally... all I lost this week is 1 lbs. it's still good. it's just the speed has descended. makes sense since I have been on a diet for a month and 3 days. had to slow down eventually.
77.3 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
