Slipping up on water intake. Need to get back to it toda y. I do best getting my water in in 8oz increments rather than slow sip all day. If I just carry around a bottle of water I tend to put off every sip and find the day gone and Ive only got in maybe one bottle. Easier to get fluids in when summer gets here. For now its an effort.

I know the groundhog (lol,I know, right!) says 6 more weeks winter but Ive said all winter we're going to have an early spring and I still think so.

Get ready for warm weather and feeling good about ourselves everyone!
