Small loss this week, same disciplined approach to eating and swimming so not going to over-analyze it - it’s all part of the journey.

Healthy life moment of gratitude: Just carried a 40 lb bag of cat litter up the stairs and thought “Shit, my body had like an extra three of these heavy ass things a year ago and I can’t imagine carrying that day in and day out again.”
115.3 kg Lost so far: 59.6 kg.    Still to go: 56.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The body will only use up about 35 or 38 calories per pound of stored energy (fat) per day ... so if you only have 10 pounds of fat your body would only burn or use up 350 calories of fat ...there are 3,500 calories in a pound of fat... so with even with a deficit of 500 calories per day only, if you are only carrying 10 pounds of fat then it is only possible to lose to lose 350÷3500=•10 or one tenth of a pound per day...that is why it takes so long....so keep at it. it does not matter what you ...the body can only use up 35 calories per day per pound of fat. You are doing great...healthier food plan for life.💪
