Woke up to another lb loss. Wow that was unexpected! *Happy dance* :D

Not sure if there's science to back it up, but Im finding if I stick to plan and remain lean on cals and carbs pretty much all week, I can let myself have a few extra on the weekend and that sort of sets off a loss. I dont understand it, but if its working, Im good with it! Still weighing every day. It's working for me.
