10 lb loss since Nov 25. At this rate I should reach initial goal for a 30 lb drop close to first week in July. Wouldnt July 4 be a great time to celebrate if so!

Sometimes I cheat, but prolly within caloric/carb goals around 90% of the time. Im not going to beat myself up over the occasional treat, just keep on with my meal plans and carry on.

So looking forward to dropping a couple sizes, as we all are. Slow and steady we'll win the race! Have a great weekend.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Im feeling good about it. It's been a slow start, but feeling like my body is finally responding, thank God. You are really losing at a fantastic steady rate. You should be proud. Onward and downward. We're doing it!

I am so glad that you are doing well. I have had a very bad week and don't know if I will be weighing in on Wednesday. Keep up the good work.

You are doing just fine, @glamper. We're both losing at just about the same rate it looks like. Dont let one bad week discourage you too much, we get them. I am finding out my body lets the fat go after I have a high cal/carb period. Watch and see. Onward we go, perhaps slowly, but steadily. :)
