Gym Day 😁

My arm hurt like heck yesterday....shooting pains down the tendons. I overdid it somehow at the Gym on Wed. Spent much of the day reading & watching Pretty Little Liars on Hulu while I used the heating pad. I did get a load of laundry done & planted my pansies in the planter on the front porch. I found some spiney balls I've had forever that you can roll on muscles for a massage late in the afternoon. I found the tender spots & rolled the balls around. I took one of the muscle relaxers & meloxicam the Dr. had prescribed when I went to bed. It was much better today, so something I did worked.

I was careful at the Gym today. I only used light weights for the few arm exercises I did. I felt more energetic today than Wed. but the leg press was still a bit difficult. I stuck with my 3 sets.

The weekend is supposed to be sunny & temps in the upper 40's- 50's. I think I'll suggest we do something on Sunday. Maybe go to the Winery & out for dinner.

Well, off to bed 🛌📚 😴
