I didn't eat my usual nuts last week but didn't think I would of loss. I was doing good gaining a little each week . Guess I need to eat more of what I want this week besides worrying about low calories. That's easier said than done though because even though I want something I have a hard time adding those extra calories.
36.6 kg Lost so far: 16.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
