On track and ready to tackle the day. Going out and getting steps in (I plan to double my daily average this month). Sticking to food plan. Fitting in some light stretches. Staying hydrated. Shopping for digestive enzymes and the foods that are naturally high in them - pineapple, sauerkraut, etc.

Determined to keep up the average lb per week losing streak and drop 4 more lbs this month. Let's slay this!
