Now that Im thru with jury duty maybe I can get back on track. Grabbing a fattening snack for lunches was NOT good. I should have planned better, but alas..

Rain doesnt stop here. Been raining all winter. Supposed to be sun tomorrow and Saturday, praying that is the case. This gray, raw, cold damp and mud is really getting to me.

Micro goal: I want to lose 4 lbs in February. Really, that should be attainable.

Have to be hard on myself. Every single cheat I gain.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have had a bad snacking day and now it's time to get back on track. A 4 pound loss for February sounds doable so let's get to it.

I'm with you. Time to get serious here. I am losing on average one pound a week. A lot slower than I'd hoped but if that's what it takes to get it off I'm in it for the long haul. No more gooey butter bars for me. Let's go
