2 Big 2 Fail's Journal, 17 Dec 14

Seeing a big jump. Back to monitoring calorie intake and weight lifting has advanced quite a bit. I'm lifting at my upper limits without too much trouble and still adding on.

I'm not going to worry much about the weight but I'm going to keep below my 100% daily calorie intake as well as possible.

It will come back for sure.
103.0 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
