January goal accomplished!!
I've now lost 70 lbs in 15 months.
Now I'm setting an ultimate goal of 210 lbs by April 1st.
97.4 kg Lost so far: 31.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
