OMG finally I have started losing weight again and it is all because I started walking my dog and we go jogging... Thank you Roxie your my best friend and motivator I have...
76.9 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 20.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
