Glad to be back on the scale and at my normal weight. Three days later my legs are finally not swollen and as angry. Still very dry. They soak up oil like a sponge. I ate less yesterday and tried to have a calorie deficit. I drank a lot of liquid the last few days to combat the swelling. Waiting to see if Hubs will be in this weekend or back out. He has had a rough couple of days and his mood hasn't been the best. I get concerned about him. We shall see how it goes. I hope to get some walking in today and tomorrow because the forecast is rainy for basically all next week. Blah...
