I took a page from JustBanana’s book and did OMAD on Monday (24hrs fast first) and Tuesday (20hrs fast first) to move my body off it’s plateau. Hopefully I won’t need to do that again for the remaining few lbs I’ve got left. Dry January (no alcohol) is also helping a lot.
