It's been another dull cold day but we didn't get any more snow. I am knitting a vest to keep my mind and hands occupied. You can't snack and knit at the same time. It's a win win. Have a great week.

Glad you didnt get any more snow. I'm ready for spring. Wish I could knit. I can crochet a bit, nothing fancy. Read quite a bit, and occasionally dabble in artsy-craftsy projects. That helps. Good week ahead for us.

What was the last project that you made? I made a blouse and beaded earrings and a necklace this month. I enjoy doing crafts.

I dabble. Sewing, leatherwork, watercolor, pretty much try anything once. Last month was a mushroom lamp for a Christmas present. Sounds like you make some pretty things, Glamper.

When I was younger I did a lot of cross stitch pictures and then I made quilts and clothing. I have tried a lot of different crafts but I am getting more practical with my choices. It keeps me busy. We are creative people.

Nice. Ive made clothing and costumes. One day I'd like to make a quilt. Will have to collect the right fabric scraps. I cant sleep under anything too heavy so I want natural fabrics, cotton, linen, hemp, etc., and not much filling. Yes we are, and my children all inherited my need to create. I'm so glad.

I like Hobbs 80 20 batting and use it for my quilts.

Maybe I'll start amassing some fabrics for next winter. Sewing makes a nice winter project. Hope you're having a good week.

Check out the local quilt shops near you. The best quilt material is 100% cotton. Choose a pattern before you buy material. Buying a kit will save you money. Have fun.
