Well, I was kind of lazy this week. More evening outings, more high calorie nibbles; less exercise. Gotta get back focused on things. Hubs got home yesterday and he surprised me by shaving his mustache off. Nice surprise. He wanted to do something to make me smile. Last night we had date night and that was fun too.

Sunday is my Aunt's funeral. Mom got the arrangements done yesterday. I am still shocked and will not process the loss until the funeral. I am glad Hubs will be able to go Sunday. He only got to meet her once, on Thanksgiving.
52.6 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Nice the hubby is home! Mine is headed home although we did not know if he would make it because of all the snow! I was bad last weekend and ate a whole flatbread Reuben pizza. Paying for it this week as I have not been able to budge the scale back to my goal weight. I am close. Each day is a new day!

@Redporchlady Hope you get to see you hubby too. He picked up our RV today from the shop finally. I hope to get back to my exercising soon. I walked some today and some squats and resistance bands last night.

Oh nice are you planning a camping trip soon? I sprained my ankle and not sure how but let the trainer know and he said he would work around it if needed. I am not so sure since it is lunges today but I will trust the process. It is hard to get in the routine sometimes and if I had to motivate myself I think I would choose more days where I did not do it. I am inspired by everyone that has and continues to do so!

@Redporchlady Probably not for a little while, he will head back on the road again for 2-3 weeks. He is trying to make up loss wages from helping a colleague prepare for a CDL test. I hope you get to feeling better too.
