One more pound to my first 10 lbs loss. Micro-milestone!

I have noticed over the years that when I am depressed I lose all appetite for food. When I am having anxiety I stuff the food down. Dont have to be hungry. It's emotion eating. Working towards healthier ways of dealing with anxiety than food. Finding sometimes I just need to get out of the house. Spring should be a lot better when I can get to the walking park.

Been there, done that. I could use some coping strategies to deal with my feelings. Some days are better than others.

Today's world is a stressful one. I am more often than not a walking talking ball of suppressed emotion.. Prayer is about all Ive found that really helps. And the occasional red wine.. I hear exercise is supposed to release feel good endorphins.
