Home made bread last night.
69.9 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes good idea. I did that today- then froze the rest of the loaf for a “treat day” when I’m eating fish and salad 😊lol
