Even though I got up a bit earlier & weighed, it was down just a tich 😊

Good workout today. Sammie & I did upper body, then I did some lower body on my own.

I confess I skipped my arm exercises (therapy) both Saturday & Sunday. Not good! I need to put them at the top of my to do list, instead of waiting til the end of the day. I did them today at the Gym. Wed. is another Gym day & Thursday I have my 2nd therapy appt. Thursday evening I'm going down to spend the night at my sister's. Friday we're driving to surprise our next to the youngest sister for her Birthday on Saturday. I'll have to fit in some time to do the exercises. I expect the therapist will add some more at my appt.

I'm playing hooky from my normal Gym day Friday. We always do a lot of walking when I'm with my sisters, so I guess that counts for something. 😊👣
