I reached a new lowest weigh-in this morning. :) I am now 200 grams lower than my previous lowest, and 700 lower than yesterday. I am so amazed that this just keeps going and going and going.
I will go to work with a big smile on my face today. :) Life is good!
101.8 kg Lost so far: 53.2 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
