Doubled my step count yesterday. Cut out sugar for Monk fruit sweetener in my teas. Drinking two large mugs of Matcha green tea daily and having 1 tsp of horseradish with morning eggs. Drinking 2 bottles water on top of teas and coffee daily.

Sticking with low carb, calorie restricted plan. And praying. That may sound foolish, but God wants us to be happy/healthy and I'm not happy when I'm overweight. I am confident my mood/outlook will improve significantly if I can shed some of these pounds, and that in itself should in line with God's will.
