Eating some carbs today. Figure maybe my body needs the extra calories/nutrients. Got to do something to rev up this metabolism. Matcha. Horseradish. Cayenne. Lemon water. Upping steps. Getting 8 hrs sleep. Something surely will give. This stagnation is killing me!
82.6 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

When you do lose again it will be big. Stick to non starchy carbs and you will do fine. When do you weigh in again? I am down another pound but don't record it again till Tuesday. By then it might be two pounds. Keep up the good work. Onward and downward we go.

Bless you for those encouraging words. I sure hope so. I've been weighing in daily but I'm thinking I might just do once a week for awhile. To discouraging seeing no loss on the daily. Onward and downward. Let's do this, friend.
