The weather was rainy with storms today....lightning & thunder. We were under a tonado watch in the afternoon, but thankfully nothing materialized. The power flickered a couple of times but stayed on.

I removed the lights & packed up the big tree in our dining room, today. I also packed up a little more decor. I considered taking down the decorations/ lights on the front porch, but decided I'd wait for a sunny day. It wasn't cold, but it was wet. Hubby asked if it wasn't time to turn off the lights on the garland I hung on the back deck rail. I told him no....I'm enjoying them, especially on a rainy day like today. All of the boxes of decorations are stacked along the dining room wall & in the sunroom. I'll get Hubby to help me get them back up in the attic on a nice day.

I did another load of laundry & vacuumed the dining room & living room after getting the tree down. I have some plants, including a palm I need to move back into the dining room in front of the window.

I was still feeling the results from my Monday workout in my butt yesterday. So, I decided of course I should do a repeat 😊 of all the stuff I did Monday. I added my regular mat exercise routine, including doing squats with a heavier Kettle bell. (Sammie had me do heavier weight & I realized I could do it). I also did more lower body weight machines. Surprisingly, even though it was challenging I made it through everything.

Off to bed for me....Gym day tomorrow.

NavyW, I've made it a tradition to leave my skinny Alpine trees in the corner of the living room with just the white, sparkly lights til at least Feb.😊
