little drop down... seems to be that I'm currently ranging between 54.8-55.4 which is good for me. I'm pretty happy at this weight and 54 was always my "awesome" goal. so I'm pretty happy and feeling much more confident overall.
54.9 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
