i like this, small change yet still in 188 range but better then 191...
85.5 kg Lost so far: 13.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week

Great job!!! 👏🏻 For me, I do CICO. Measure/food. There’s so many different “diets”, but if you are eating more calories than your body is burning, no matter what food, you will gain. I try to eat mostly whole foods. 80% whole/20% processed. Try and avoid sugar! It gave me type 2 diabetes, plus overeating. Now, I’m medication free and manage it through food. I strength train w dumbbells at home 2-3 times per week. (Ready to increase weight level now, one year w 10 lb dumbbells, will increase to 15?). Walk a lot when weather is nice. I’m in calorie maintenance now after 1 year.

Thats amazing! Thanks for sharing! I read an article that described that diets are contributing to long term weight gain. "Intuitive eating" is being recommended now!! If 15# dumb bells are too heavy, 12# are a good in between!! I struggled with Binge Eating Disorder, so at my worst i was eating 5k calories a day... When i started fat secret i managed to adjust to 2200-2500. Now i stay under 2k!! 1300-1600 is the range i hover around usually.
