A little bit of weight gain today, but only 500 grams. No biggie. Had it not been for yesterdays really low weigh-in, this would have been an all time new low - so I am happy and appreciative about this. A week's time ago I would be relieved if I didn't climb up past 105 kgs, now I'm appreciative that it's only 102.5. :)
Today, I will be jamming with the band after work. We got two rehearsal sessions this week, preparing for a little private show next month. I really like playing with the band, it's tons of fun.
Life is good.
102.5 kg Lost so far: 52.5 kg.    Still to go: 17.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Hi there..I have a question. You are probably the only one on my friend list who is losing weight so consistently and that too without a sweat-to- death exercise plan. My life is very unpredictable at the moment and I aim to exercise 3-4 times a week but can make it happen without sacrificing work and family for may be once or twice a week. How do you do it without exercise? Please help me. I dont want to get disheartened and lose my will for weight loss.
