I worked out today at GoodLife fitness! I did the rower, treadmill, elliptical, and cycling. 😃
85.8 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 33.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well done Kat, I got to work at Goodlife a couple years ago, not going to lie it was mostly to get back into a gym while Covid was still making that very difficult. Not sure if your location has the 30 minute (20 minute?) full body work out stations, but they were ultimately a variety of resistance training stations, to target a full body strength training routine. I highly recommend some light (or heavy you animal) resistance training to get those muscles working for you. if it is the first time go very very light, and just get a feel for the equipment, this way you will still be able to move without pain until your muscles start to figure out what your plan is. I am so glad you are making such great progress so soon!!

Thanks so much! Yes I’m starting out very light and planning to do some bicep curls later. But right now I’m focused on cardio and aerobic exercises. 😃
