Been teetering between 175-180lbs for the past few months. Managed to get down to 165 in July 2022 but that was after three months of intense two workout per day sessions. Losing weight may be the most challenging thing I’ve ever done BUT I’m determined to reach my goals!
Beginning of the week seems to be when I have the most energy, so I need to focus on weekend activity levels. 80% diet, 20% lifestyle. It’s time to change my routine so that I can have a better lifestyle.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 29.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Current diet plan doesn’t include much planning. The closest I’ve gotten to meal planning is deciding what I will have for dinner before 4pm haha Trying to incorporate more salads and less sweets.

I know it is a pain to plan and track your food at first. It gets easier. It helps the fat melt off much quicker than if you were just guessing. It also helps you get enough protein, and that is very important when in a calorie deficit.

Thanks for the tips! I’m meal prepping a salad for lunch tomorrow since I will be away from home for the day. Hopefully I can find some good meal prep plans on Pinterest.
