So I slipped again and gained back 5 pounds. Ugghhh! I hurt my shoulder somehow and have been doing physical therapy for it. So I stopped my walks and exercise and fell back into munching things I shouldn't. Was real easy with the holidays and all the sweets around. Ok so I only gained a little now back to it. On a good note I did go down a size and still staying that size!!Have 10pounds to go and I know that is not really a lot but is for anyone trying to lose. What is that diet where they feed back or something like that, well anyways I'm telling myself that is what I was doing, lol!
64.4 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
