Holding steady. Would rather see a loss of course, but steady is better than a gain. Which I have learned that any cheats whatsoever are setting me back so, I'm satisfied. Seems like I go a good few days sticking right to plan and then all it takes is a few bites or a serving of rice or slice of bread and that puts a halt to any loss I might have seen. :( Seems my metabolism just isnt handling starchy/simple carbs at all. Which is disheartening bc I am a big carb lover, I'd rather have a slice of toast or pasta than a steak. Oh well, maybe things will change as time goes on. Hope so.

It's the weekend and looking forward to sticking close to home, catching up on reading and watching my carbs!
