Starting over today! I stoped watching what I ate in June, I have gained about 20 pounds. But I ate like a maniac over the holidays. I’m going old school today and getting back on track with what I did when I first started losing weight-counting my calories, walking at least 4 times a week, eating a salad when I want fast food and mainly just being grateful. I stress eat, I started a new job in July in a totally different field and it has made me a hungry hippo. No more! I now know what I’m doing at work and I’m ready to finally finish my weight loss journey. It’s time!!!! 🔥
88.9 kg Lost so far: 21.0 kg.    Still to go: 40.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
