Son coming over for supper tonight so thinking on what to cook that he likes and not too calorie full for me. Might do hamburgers, salad and corn casserole. I'll have my burger on the plate, no bun, and skip the corn casserole. That should work.

Feel a little under the weather this morning, and craving some chicken noodle soup and crackers. Might make a soup for lunch. Does chicken broth count as water?

Thank you, Glamper. Nothing spectacular, but comfort food, and what is better than that? I usually make dessert but might run to the store for a pie and some vanilla ice cream. I do feel better. Made some chicken soup for lunch and that helped a lot. Hope you're having a good week!
