Had two good fasting mornings this week and working on diversity in my diet and only eating when hungry.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Do you still do the “eating only when hungry” approach? I tried it last year and was super hyped, unfortunately slowly but surely cravings started coming in and so did weight 😀 Would love to hear a success story if this works in longterm
