That dreaded weigh in after a week of not logging food and relatively no activity.

I stepped on the scale with both eyes closed. I slowly opened one eye in hopes that just using one would lessen the stark reality of what I was about to see. Wait. What? I opened the other eye since my first one was clearly lying to me. Nope. I’m down a little.

I am truly at a loss to explain this but I will certainly take it for the first weigh in in 2023. Happy Wednesday my friends. 💜
