One more day & the year is winding to a close. I seem to have navigated the Holiday season successfully. I'm staying under my goal weight even eating a bit above my 1700 calorie goal. Hubby asked me a couple of days ago what weight I wanted to be & my response was as long as I stay under 140 I'm happy. I took a break from logging & going to the Gym while my daughter was here before Christmas (2 weeks). When she went home it was back to logging & exercising.

I had to ease back into my Gym routine but I seem to be getting back to normal. Today I even upped the weight on a couple of the machines. I had also reduced doing upper body due to pain in my shoulders. I saw the doctor & he said I could continue to exercise as long as it didn't cause me actual pain. I did back off on the Chest Press today after 1 3/4 sets cause it hurt.

Next week I see the Physical Therapist on Thurs. It's the first available date they had. I'm supposed to see the doctor again for a followup on Friday. Not sure if I'll have much to tell him.

Monday I have a session with my Trainer 😁 Looking forward to working with her again.

I could feel I'd worked my glutes after working out this past Wed. Need to figure out what I did specifically, so I can do it some more 😊

Well, need to tidy the kitchen & get up to bed.
63.0 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
