Christmas party's are over so it's time to back to making my eating goals.
I'd like to get back down to 219 by New Years. If I reach that my next weight goal is 216 lbs by super bowl Sunday.
101.5 kg Lost so far: 27.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
