這幾天早上太冷,🐶🐶不想脫掉睡衣去量體重⋯ 就晚上洗澡時大概量一下⋯ 也可以知道第二天早上大約的體重⋯ 😆😆⋯

通常一早起床肯定比睡前低啊⋯ 🤔🤔⋯ 睡覺時會脫水⋯
