Up 3 lbs. I so wish the drs could figure that out. I eat anti-inflammatory diet and take Lasix now daily. Still under 190 since December 5th so I am also losing weight. Thank you for your support! Hanr a gorgeous day!

I’m good but inflammation up 3 lbs. I’m still under 190 since December 5th and I’m happy with that. Not sure the cause of the chronic inflammation, but I eat anti-inflammation diet. Thanks for your support! Have a gorgeous day!🎄🌻
