New week, new challenge, new opportunity to shed some of this weight.

Have been keeping caloric intake consistently below target of 1200 daily for 3+ weeks with no to very little simple carbs. Result: 3 lbs total loss. Discouraging but I refuse to give up.

With the holidays there is precious little time to focus on exercise. Goal is to begin a daily routine Jan 1.

Let the week begin!
84.8 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
