With the hormonal week behind me, great to see things coming down again and into the 260s for the first time since about late 2010. Felt great going to a Christmas party, but have learned I don’t have much alcohol tolerance anymore or need blood pressure dosage to come down (or a combo of both). Goal is to stay consistent through Christmas…not deprive, but to plan, portion control and keep up the exercise routine.
121.8 kg Lost so far: 53.0 kg.    Still to go: 63.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
