Two pound grand total loss in 3 weeks. uggggggh. Is it going to take liposuction to get it off????

I remain committed. No (or VERY little) simple carbs. Drinking water. Cutting out salt and extra sugars. But diet is apparently not enough at my age. Sigh.

I am a mushroom in winter :(
85.3 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
