Was so busy yesterday, had son and little granddaughters over for supper. Didnt go overboard but it was a high carb day for me. Up a pound even on 1200 cals or less daily. No more bread or rice. Yay. Going to need to make room for an exercise bike in the house for the winter. Getting older sucks.
85.7 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
