Can’t remember the last time the scale didn’t move in a week but my body fat composition is still going down so grounding myself in that fact. *That* time seems to play havoc every month - staying consistent and hope to see progress next week!
124.1 kg Lost so far: 50.8 kg.    Still to go: 65.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I hear you. I just went up and then down about 4 pounds this week just because of *that*. Happy to be back the the latest/lowest number now but it can be a bit unsettling to say the least.
