Took Ray and Katie to see Trevor play with the Minnesota Orchestra last night. Besides going out for dinner we had snacks at the concert.
I'm disappointed in myself for going 1100 calories over my daily goal.
Oh well; back to better eating today so I can reach a new goal of being under 218 lbs by Christmas.
100.6 kg Lost so far: 28.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
