its the Santa Run 5k day!! 🎄 🤶 🧑‍🎄 Skipping my 5am workout so i can actually run lol
55.6 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
