Holding steady 😁 That's in spite of eating a few more calories each day...and I've been having some wine at night. I ate under my 1700 cal goal today. That's due to being out & about all afternoon shopping. I brought a That's It fiber fruit bar & a granola bar, that I ate in the car...along with a lot of water.

Our truck is doing it's yearly balk at running properly. It seems to act up this time of year, every year 😒 Our dog Lucy has a vet appt. at 8 AM in the morning & I have an appt. with the Doctor @ 9:30. Hubby also planned to get his blood work done for his Doctor appt. next week. We'll gave to make it work with one car.

Hubby said we should maybe skip the Gym tomorrow since we have stuff to do to finish getting ready for our company arriving on Sat. I hate to though, cause I'm not sure how I'll fit in Gym time for the next week while they're here. We'll see....

Well getter get up to bed....tomorrow will be arriving early & it's supposed to be another rainy day. Thankfully we got a break in the rain today. I got my wreaths hung at the top of the drive before I headed out shopping. Running around all day was much easier with dry, mostly sunny weather.
62.5 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
