I've been neglecting dieting but working out lately. The first exercise to remember is push ups away from the table
87.1 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you D_eatsCake2, I have gone off the wagon here for a couple of months and I know this is a difficult time of the year to get back into health eating habits but I have to do it otherwise I will be in the 200's before I know it and I do not want to go there again. You have made some really good progress yourself, I hope I can match your success, Happy Holidays!
