I got violently sick last night twice. I had really lost 3pounds from it. Not the way to do it but if I was sick it's at least a good side effect. I did not make myself sick. I have these attacks and they make me through up bad.
155.1 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 41.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Part of the loss may be dehydration and may come back when you rehydrate again. Don't let it deter you. Being sick can screw with our bodies. Just keep going. You are doing great and hope you feel better today.
