Week 2: Day 1:

Have cut out simple carbs and remained steady around 1200 cals daily. Drinking my water and not cheating. Have written every bite. Weight has not budged. Beginning to feel like my metabolism is non-existent. Not going to lie, Im a little discouraged, but not giving up. I have no choice but to stick with it to avoid GAINING at this point.

Goals ahead: cutting out salt and sugar in my tea. Making time for winter in-house exercise. uggh. Winter months are hard for me. I tend to go to bed way too early and now that I'm not working - get up late.

Adding some hot/spicy foods to heat up my metabolism maybe. ACV and lemon waters. Cayenne pepper added to cooking etc.

Just 1 lb wld get the ball rolling I think...
